Documents necessary to establish or renew a contract with Rio Claro:
Copies of:
• Business License
• CNPJ Card
• State and Municipal Registration Card
• Partnership Agreement with the most recent alteration
• Proof of Business Address
• Proof of Residence of the Partners
• CPF and RG Cards of the Partners
For Liberal Professionals:
• Membership Card for the appropriate Professional Association
• Proof of Address
To complete Transactions:
With Invoices:
• Transference of Rights Letter;
• Invoices duly endorsed.
• Copies of Fiscal Notes;
• Proof of Delivery of Merchandise (original)
With Checks:
• Check duly endorsed.
With all the necessary documents, your transaction can be completed in short order.
Note: All payments from Rio Claro to the client will be made by check, bank payment order, or electronic bank transfer.
