Documents necessary for registration or contract renewal:

Copies of:

• Business License
• Company Registration (CNPJ  card)
• State and Municipal Registration
• Articles of Incorporation and last amendment(s) thereof
• Registration of a one-person business
• Proof of a business address
• Proof of partners' residences addresses
• Partners' Personal Registration Cards (CPF) and IDs (RG)

Obligatory in the case of the transactions:

Credit Securities:

• Letter of Transfer of Credit Rights
• Official A/R invoice duly assigned to the factoring company
• Copies of any other relevant documents
• The original proof of delivery document

Checks:

• Checks duly endorsed

The transaction will commence when all necessary documents have been received.
NB: All payments will be effected by check made out to the customer or via bank transfer.
